Search the local junk yards, I know around here there are a ton of them. You could also do a 60/40 to 40/40 seat mod and pick up a full length explorer console which many members do.

Better off going to a junkyard and finding a spare fold down console. Or swap out the seats in general. That's why I got rid of mine.

Don’t forget the RockAuto Fold-Down Arm Rest Fit, $40 and it fixes the cracking of the Arm Rest problem.
There a Thread on this Site about it.

So lets get my mind straighten out.

Are you replacing a 60/40 Arm Rest or a Center Console/Bucket Seat Type of Arm Rest ?

The 60/40 type usually can be found in the JY, the one in NH that I posted about had a lot of Rangers with the 60/40 setup. i didn’t take any pics of them but there were more than a few so that should be your best bet.
If you are talking the Center Console for Buckets that is another story and there is a fix for the fold-down type of arm rest.

ltr.
