Next SAS swap

Well..Ive been debating about changing the axles under the truck, and figured I might as well..SOOO..Im waiting to get another DD then the truck is up on stands..I already have both axles..and few other parts..

Axles -- 2002 Superduty axles..Front Dana 60 Rear Sterling 10.50

For tires I was going to run something big..Im done with driving it everyday..i want something different and really dont care what people think about it..Was looking at something along the lines of 46s or bigger. I thought i had a buyer for my 46" military tires..but fell through SOOO...Im going to use them for now unless I come across a kick *** deal on something bigger..

pulled the D60 out and gutted it..I have to make the passenger side knuckle high steer so Ill do that this week..

I already have bought two coilovers..14" FOX coilovers..no pics on those I keep forgetting..will be ordering another set for the rear..
gears wil be 5.38s. I will be running a 3 or 4 link front and rear..havent narrowed it down just yet..hydro assist..

Can't wait to see this finished.

Are you sure that's a 60 and not a 50?

Evan bud - those axles are BEASTLY! You need to bump your engine up a bit - toss a 5.4 in there :-D

i was just curious because i got the same exact thing just with resis and there is no blue on them. thats alright though since the black will go better with my truck.

Its just a color option. I have the same C/O as you in blue.

d60 + 46"+ = kaboom.

Even with 300m shafts and ctm's I wouldn't run that big a tire on a 60.

Good luck though. Are you going to keep a reasonable ride height or raise it sky high to fit the tires ?
