finally got to work on the beast...
got the tubing bender up and running. all my Ballistic joints will be here Thursday only took a month to get :)

got my truss made on the front axle..well half of it rear isnt on yet. Also my DOM and joints came in for the tie rod bar. The joints are on the wrong side of the knuckle because down there it doesnt rub on lock..I have to do some handy work to the diff cover to clear it but dont wanna start machining on it until I get gears to make sure that they will clear

next few days will be the rear truss and start of subframe..

thanks! not much done in that picture but getting the bender set up and bending..and 1st time bending something..and of course the lovely process of cutting, notching, grinding to make it fit good...
Do you really feel that it is necessary to truss the axle? I mean, that is 3 1/2" OD 1/2" Wall DOM Tube, It will never bend under the weight of a Ranger...
