its not bad -- just got a limited time to work on it during the day..you have to clean everything up before you call it a night. rust is nasty..I dont wanna paint it becuase I still have welding to do. its not bad but I dont know what its like to do it in a shop...

it does get a lot of looks while im out there with a tubing bender, welding and all..

That's what I was thinking off. Cleaning up everything every night and leaving exposed stuff out to the elements. Defiantly not ideal but you do what you gotta do I guess.

I thought about doing that myself... but I'm not exactly sure if that would be street legal or not.

That's also the only thing stopping me from doing a backhalf, some people say it's legal, some people say it's not. I've looked and I can't find a law that says it's illegal... but at the same time I can't find anything that says it would be legal. so idk lol

South Carolina could really give a crap about what you drive. We have no emissions or yearly inspections. Really the only laws that im breaking is..tires sticking out, no mud flaps..maybe a bumper law height I dont know about that.

narrowing the front is tricky trying to figure out where everything is going..things get tight up front..

Andy -- Im hoping it will be done. It will probably be done before the June trip but I want all the kinks worked out and running good before I take it up for a run. We will see I might be able to swing something.

Georgia is pretty much the same way... no inspections, emissions, nothing, the only law i can even find is the bumper cant be raised or lowered over 2" from stock height and I passed that about 12" ago lol

I know this is random but whatever happened to that deuce and a half that you picked up and bobbed? I was watching the Aaron Lewis video and he has one in there and it made me think of that one you worked on. Did you sell it?
