yeah yeah yeah -- now im just waiting on parts to get here..I mean there are still a TON of little things to do and all..but Im ready to see it sitting on four tires damn it!

when motors sit for a long time the best thing to do is manually turn the crank and lubricate the engine before your turn it over. not sure how that will work with a timing chained engine but on mine I just have to pull the timing belt cover off and pull the belt down a few times.

UPDATE TIME
I brought home:
4 tires -- 360 pounds
4 wheels -- 120 pounds
4 beadlocks -- 75 pounds
1 rear dana 60 axle -- 350 pounds
HEAVY!!


after about 6 hours and a 12 pack of beer..DONE!




my favorite






had my buddy come over and helped which also drives a ranger so it was a mini meet haha..
I still need to cut out my drivers fender. My ballistic order which I placed on Thanksgiving should be here this week. Tuesday my coilovers will be here..ideally the jackstands will be out from under the truck next weekend...
I brought home:

4 wheels -- 120 pounds
4 beadlocks -- 75 pounds
1 rear dana 60 axle -- 350 pounds
HEAVY!!

anybody who comes to the house to look at it signs the bed -- its gunna be repainted anyways..might as well mess with it..

yeah yeah yeah -- there was just no way id be able to get it running..and all the kinks worked out before then. I hate rushing things..NEXT year tho, I will be there in the truck no doubt about that :)
