Hope this is the right place to put this.... i just bought a lifted 2002 XLT with 31.5" tires. This of course made the speedometer wrong. I got a Cortex 1950 and did a re-program for the tire size. My question is can this cortex now be used on other vehicles? I really don't need it now and would like to sell it.
Any help is appreciated,

Yes, but the stock tune has to be put back. Once you tune a vehicle the tuner is "locked" to it.
