Removing Front Driveling

Hey guys I have a 2004 ranger. Quick question.... Will there be any damage caused by driving with no front driveline. Reason is 1) when going above 75-80 it starts vibrating. I have a 4" superlift and the superlift driveline. Its pretty annoying so for the summer i want to remove it. 2) Wanting to get a little bit better millage and thinking that this should help out since its summer and i wont be using 4wd. Thanks in advance for the help guys!

NO! you will destroy your hubs, they are not meant to be used without a CV shaft in them

take out your front driveshaft only see if that fixes the problem, your front driveshaft might need regreased.

Thats what i was asking..about my front driveshaft...is there a difference between the front driveline and driveshaft? I bought a superlift driveshaft and am wondering if it will ruin anything if take it out and yes it probably does need to be regreased.

nope it will not ruin anything to just remove the front driveshaft. that is the superlift driveshaft.

leave the front diff and CVs in.

Sounds good man! Thanks for the help. I was planning on leaving the front diff and CV's in cuz i think that is just more work than its worth. Hopefully I gain a little bit of millage over the summer with removing the driveshaft.
