Tool box ideas

got a new saddle box weather guard toolbox for way cheap. but its white. dosn't match my silver and chrome layout. thinking of painting it black and getting more stickers for it.... should i paint it... powder coat it.... or maybe pro sprayed rhino lineing? any ideas?

LOL, I like the white, i think the Chrome is tackey, just my opinion though.

my truck has alot of chrome... thats why i need to do something with the white box... dosnt match my truck

i thought it would. it would also protect the box with stuff in the bed... totally worth it i think

The lining would be expensive.

I would sand and prep the box really well and then just prime and paint it.

I would do it in bed liner or paint it to match the truck.

my bumber and fenders are like a dark grey or lighter black.... so should i go jet black.... or what

What color is your truck?

Black will go good with about anything.

iv got a silver truck with diamond plated bed caps..... and black bumpers and black interior trim on dash and doors....black fenders... just silver truck and chrome bed caps.

Black is the only color I would even consider painting it unless you were going to match the paint to your truck.

Go with the black.

Well I would prep it really well and then primer and spray paint it.

As far as the look of the paint that is going to be something that you are going to have to decided. Its your truck so make it look the way you want.

I would line it, or get a textured powder coat in black. "Black wrinkle"

so far pretty good. done it this past summer i would say july or august. and i have one scratch on it from wood i was carrying thats about it.

i can call weatherguard for free stickers. so il paint it black and get new stickers for it

be sure to sand it real good and prime it before painting it. im going to redo mine this summer bc i didn't put clear coat on it and i want to do that.

Powder coat would be the most expensive, but probably the best finish. I dont know about line-x, that might be cool.
