easy enough, theres a write up on powerstroke.org i put some pictures of how i did it, basically take the emblems and make a template out of cardboard that the emblem clips into then refine the templated till its perfect then tape off the fender and transfer the marks onto it keeping measurements so bothsides can be done equal. then just cut it with a dremel and a cut off wheel, it may not fit the radious of the fender on an obs but that would still be BA. on your blue truck right?

hey josh what wheel/tire size is that? it looks good, I blew the 3rd trans in this truck over the weeknd (thank god for the warranty!) but ive been considering taking the lift off the truck and going back to either 3in leveling kit and 18 on 35s or stock with some 17 on 33s
Rubs a little at full crank but its not bad enough to need a leveling kit

ive had numerous problems with this trans, TC stopped locking up, then lost the coast clutch and had a leak where they installed the dipstick tube. Brian at BTS has been great about sending the parts to fix it but this time its toast and going to need to be rebuilt,
i was backing up a hill in 4wd with a little load the truck dies so im like what the hell, fire it back up put it back into reverse, nothing put it into drive, nothing, lost all gears tried everything, seems like a torque convertor and brian agreed, i dont think the trans was right from the get go and brian said it shouldnt have had all these issues, they could have been all linked somehow. I still think his trans are great they shift like no other and they have GREAT customer service, if anyones trans goes spend the extra couple hundred and get a BTS the warranty is worth it.
that looks good josh i like that setup, im looiking for some 35s on 18s ive got a leveling kit i just need to find some stock springs and shorter shocks, any one interested?

Dropped down to a 6" lift and put on some 35" nittos on 18s going to go down to 4" lift once I've gathered the parts. Anyways I've gone through 5trans as of now. The replacement Brian sent me blew within 1000miles. Would spew all the fluid out of the overflow even when it was low on fluid. Then i blew that replacement a fluid line clogged and It overheated within seconds. So it got another trans this one seems to be good though. Fingers crossed! Anyways here's a Few recent pics

I had THE WORST 4R100 luck EVER with my 99 7.3. The front pump seal would blow all the time because the drain back hole is not large enough behind the seal. Then i destroyed three 4R100's with the center support exploding and cracking the case...they dont like almost 1000 lb/ft torque haha....solved all problems by installing a ZF S6-650 because im a man...
