roll angles
i'm sure there is no written spec for this, but does any one know the angle, in which a ranger will roll (like if i were to drive along the side of a hill or something) i'm thinking somewhere around 45* but i'm just guessing... also the angle where going straight down a hill or up a hill, might cause issues?
i just downloaded a cool clineometer for my phone and want to put in the values that would be accurateish for my truck (granted the numbers are off, due to my lift and tires)

yeah, because curbs is all i ever drive over... good call *** hat
thanks bro
true, i'm just looking for something to double ensure that my truck isn't going to roll, i paid WAY too much for my truck to have it on the door or roof...
ty, which ever post was yours (i'm drunks) thgat pic is sicl, i'm guessing yo're about 35* and your stomach was about 270* i can see it in the pic
thanks bro

Pretty sure if that's how you feel about it then the best thing to do is not get even CLOSE to those situations...

There are way too many variables.. Lift, wheel base, track width, tire pressure, tire width/height, wheel size, weight in truck, location of weight, spring specs, amount of gas in the tank, terrain you're on, speed, steering angle..
Remember, if you're gonna roll. Turn into the direction of the roll and hammer down. (lots of skinny pedal) that's your best bet to save it.
That being said, an H1 is rated to be able to traverse a 40* side slope so there's no way a ranger will be more than that.
Climbing/Descending is all a ton of variables too. Lockers, brakes, wheels, tires, air pressure.. I'm not gonna say its harder to roll this way, buts its less likely. Its gonna be pretty hard to put yourself in a situation to roll over backwards on a climb with a relatively stock Ranger, but if you do try and get it into reverse and floor it. If you're descending and it starts to go just hit the gas.
I had a few really close calls and the one I do have pictures of doesn't look too bad.
