inspection with tint

So picked up a 02 Edge am and loving it. I really want to get some tint on it soon, nothing crazy, but not quite in the legal %. Three months until my inspection is up, i could just wait, but i was wondering if you roll your windows down and pop the fuse out if you can pass inpection. They cant fail you for not having windows can they?

Something tells me they arent gonna fall for that one lol Some stations dont test your tint, find a rinky dink hole in the wall type inspection place, they might not care about testing your windows.

I guess you could give it a try. If they can't get the windows up, they can't test the tint.

Some techs will pass you for $. Places like Jiffy Lube probably won't pass you regardless of any bribes. I know the one I used to work at never did.
