That truck is a conversion, not a factory Rh drive. Looks like a good postal or newpaper deliver ride. The dash is too chopped up looking for me.
There were factory built rh drive trucks made for other markets, this is not one of them.
Most conversions that I've seen all seam to be a bit rough to say the least, I'd feel better having a true right hand drive dash frame and controls.

 

yea i dont like the conversion myself..well atleast the way the dash looks aswell..but im sure fiberglass can fix that..just the though of a rh drive ranger i guess makes me want one
