Passenger door fills up with water in the rain

Is this a common problem? What do I need to replace for window seals? If I use my dremel to cut a hole in the bottom, will that solve it?

2009 XLT, 4x4, Extended cab.

I would drill a hole in the bottom of the door for now until you find out how the water is getting in and also spray WD-40 in that same hole to help protect it.

your drain holes at the bottom of the door are plugged up...they allow water to drain...youll see 2 drainage holes if you open the door and look down...the doors are not waterproof
