you'll prolly have to prove you went to a certain # of shows each year etc.

and not to be mean but $500 can't get you a lot...can't even do a lift (I know yo ualready ahve one) with that kinda money... sounds alittle fishy to me

i've read some here and there on thier site before.. i think 500 was the minimum they start off with, if you were even picked (which you were). i might be mistaken, but like Q mentioned, they like for you to go to shows here and there, and simple stuff like that. i was thinkin of doing it for the audio stuff.. but didnt see any names on the list that impressed me, so i never bothered.

those doetsch(sp?) spindles can be bought for alittle over 300 bucks, so you can lift it for 5...

Sad thing is, you have to pay 89 dollars to get the sponsorship. im not gunna do something like that. That part makes it sound fishy. Sponsors should pay that, not you.

I know a couple guys who have stuff threw them. It is one of the biggest scams in the custom car sceene. You PAY them, and they will pay you a percentage of what it cost you, maybe, plus you have to attend atleast 4 major shows a year, and place in the show. Like I said, huge scam, but go ahead if you want.

yeah, but thats all dependant on what kind of sponsorship you get, and who you get to sponsor you. I just called and found out i have a full sponsorship from decalkits.com and a quasi sponsorship with blaupunkt where i get whatever i want for about 1/4 of retail price. Plus if i buy stuff from them, and send pics of install, i am almost a sho in for a full sponsorship. i dont have to go to any shows or anything, they send me vouchers(gift cards) and i have to put one sticker of each sponsor on both sides of the truck....ill tell yall if i get screwed.....and if not then there will be alot more rangers with sponsorships!

I was refering to carsponships.com they are the worst, along with a couple. Myself, I would rather do it my self, and not have to run a bunch of peoples stickers, but its up to you.
