3.99 for diesel whoo hoo! its been hanging around 4.15 for a while and then just dropped like that. gas is down to 3.40 something.

Still around 3.60ish here. My cousin in Tulsa, OK has seen 2.89

i know.....My gf and i went to Columbia last night and gas there was still 3.19
and one place just off the highway still had it at 3.29

glad i filled up in Mexico b4 we left....

That would be nice if the eastcoast had a refinery. I also had an idea too. we can manufacture motor oil right (Synthetic)? I wonder what would be involved in recycling our used motor oil into gasoline? that for sure would help. You'd figure that they would try that considering they try to make fuel out of everything else. It's 3.47 a gallon here in VA and some places have it even lower than that. Good to hear from you. Are you out of projects for now?

Taking used motor oil and turning it into a gasoline like substance would take more energy than you'd get out of it and the cost would be quite high. It would involve chain cracking with hydrogen.

East coast has oil refineries.
I know NJ has a few.

CNN just reported that Oil just dropped to $90 bucks a barrel we might want to watch the pumps over the next few days.

a couple weeks ago it was panic buying in ga+nc now it's the prices that are going south.. eveybody hold out till ur on fumes

its about 3.50 here in reno

my buddy that lives in oklahoma said hes payin under three bucks for regular now!!!1

here's some wishfull thinking. I like to see go back to the price it was in 1996. I paid $0.87 per gallon. That is wishfull thinking.
