This is gonna sound stupid..but i need some help.

okay so i created my profile when i had my ex ranger, now that i got a new one i deleted all my old pics and uploaded new ones. but i cant figure out on how to change my profile pic.

Click the User CP button, (or the link I just gave you above) then find "Edit Avatar" on the left hand side.

Are you talking profile picture or avatar? They are separate things and can both be changed in your user control panel.
