Last ditch effort on getting a Level II...
#51
the level II is buy far the best factory ranger ever made. Not everybody is into body lifts and 33” mud terrains. Some people just want a good looking capable unlifted truck and that is what the level II is. I personally like Stock Level II’s more than modded ones. IMO it is perfect the way it left the factory.

Dang, I am gone for a while and the thread goes to hell and back, ha!
I am the owner of a new Ford Ranger, but I have only pictures (that suck) of the dealer who sold it to me. My Dad went and checked it out and he called and said if I didn't get it, HE is gonna buy it for him, that it was that nice.
Anyway... It's not the red one. It's not the one from CarMax. I was searching on Autotrader and actually found a really nice Torch Red/DSG Level II, 2007 with 30,000 miles for 18,900. Just for the heck of it, I went to the dealer website and low-and-behold, they had another Level II there!
This one is DSG with Black on the bottom (I actually LOVE that color combo), 29,000 miles, Auto, bedliner, vinyl tonneau, brand new brakes, tie rods, ball joints, Ford Certified with a 5/60,000 warranty and just awesome looking. Black/Blue cloth, full console, 290w Pioneer stereo. Dad said it was super duper clean.
Pictures are attached.
They were asking $17,990 and we got it for $17,000 flat, + tax.
I'm looking forward to doing some similar mods to this as I did Shannon, but maybe not so much electrical things vice a lift and tires/wheels.
