5.0 HO

Im putting a 5.0 HO in my 94 ranger, and i heard that Ford makes a wiring harness thats "plug'n'play" for this in specific. Im having trouble finding it, anyone know where to find it or another harness?

Wirelessly posted

I dunno if Ford actually makes the harness, but I know there is one available on the internet......I will search tonight when I get home if someone doesnt chime in first. I would look into a Harwood Manual which goes into great detail about using an existing Mustang harness if you still have it available to you.

http://rjminjectiontech.com/?p=4 here it is...took me a day to find it. Now they are not cheap by any means...So I would look into getting the Harwood manual for $25-30 and splicing a Mustang harness if it were me.....Just my two cents Oh and you will need a Mustang computer..no way to use your Ranger comp.

Yeah haha more money. But the ECM that was in the ranger wasn't stock I don't think, I typed in the number on it and the common one I saw was a 5.0 in a 91 crown vic, but I ordered one from Advance, hopefully it'll be right. Nice truck by the way. If you don't mind me asking where did you get your dream beams?
