so like i said all u have to do is swap the t-case and cut a hole in the floor and mount a stick, and connect it the the mannie t-case?

I don't even think you have to cut a hole. I think there is a plate that you can unbolt.

Is your truck 4wd now?

You will have to cut a hole in the plate; unless you want to buy a new plate from Ford for about $50.

U mean making the t-case manual? Yeah it would, so to do this u just need a manual t-case, and a shifter thing??
