Oh Snap!!!

My parents went out of town for 10 days! haha, what fools... and my lift bracket for the TTB broke on me!!! so i weighed my options, and decided to SAS my truck this week... and when they return.. it will be like nothing happened!

Dana 44, 1978 Bronco, Hi Pinion, full width, Coils,

well see how it goes! Wish me luck!

Don't take more then 5 minutes to eat, 2 minutes to drink, and no more then 1 hour of sleep a day. You just might do a SAS in 10 days. LOL

heres the best part... im going to moses lake in 10 mins until friday night... so i wont even start until saturday morning!!! hahaha

An SAS in 10 days is not a big feat at all. It can be done and over with in a few days.

Keep in mind he has a TTB setup. Those D44's practically bolt right up.

78 is the year they went to full width. Are you going to run that and have the stock rear? Or is it a 77?

How much longer is the full width? Im gona eventually do the rear.. Just not yet...

anyone have the meaurements for the 78 axle compared to the d35 ttb?

It will be like 6 inches wider each side depending on wheel offset and width of tires

Dana 44 Solid Front Axle: Reverse Spiral and Standard Housing info..

check that link for some axle information.
Fullwidth D44 is 65" WMS to WMS, Stock ranger is around 59".

Dude, that's awesome. When I was living with my grandparents, they went out of town for 5 weeks and toward the end of it I sent out an e-mail to a bunch of friends and family and told them I got bored while I was at the house by myself and sas'd it. Good luck and keep us updated.
