I had a sprayin liner on my last truck it was nice, but you can't keep it when you trade.

The Duraliner is a good one. I have it on my truck. Buy the gallon and roll away. You can put down several coats.

Plastic liners are a waste. Most people will pay you to take theirs. You can often find them for free on craigslist (for good reason).
They scratch up the bed, trap moisture, hard on the knees if you have to kneel in the bed, and everything slides worse than a bare metal bed. The roll on liners aren't that bad. A bed mat is a good investment too. No sliding around on a good bedmat.

I have a plastic bedliner. It came with my truck when I bought it. I love it, and have had no problems with it at all. It's true that many people don't like them, but I like them. No fuss, no muss. I had one put into my S-10 when I had that years ago and that worked out great.

I checkboxed mine as a Ford "option" when I ordered my truck, under the rail and don't have a problem with it. I try to slide-proof it when possible. My biggest concern is the static electricity when I'm hauling around plastic gas cans. May go with a bed rug

...when I get a camper shell.
