Time for new shocks?

My 02 FX4 has 60K on the tach and is going on 6 years old. Since it's a FX4 Level II it has those spendy Bilstein gas shocks. Seems like lately it rides rough and bumpy on crappy roads, but pretty nice on decent roads. If you jump up and down on the bumper and get off it does bounce a few times before it stops.

Is it times for new shocks? If so, how much are new Bilstein's and where should I get them? Any others brands to consider? Thanks.

If it bounces more than twice it's time for new shocks. You can get Bilstein's from ebay.
Here's the link.

You can also tell if you need new shocks by lookin at your tires and see if they are cupping.
