Summit BodyLift Vs PA Body Lift

im checking out bodylifts on SummitRacing, and they have their own body lift, now on most summit brand parts, its really a name brand without the name, my buddy has a Summit brand line lock but its really a a Hurst Roll Control without the Hurst name. So i checked it out, it Looks like it has everything the PA kit comes with, and it saves you ~30 bucks, and if you read summit's install howto, its exactly like PA's

summits:
http://store.summitracing.com/defaul...7&autoview=sku

PA:
http://store.summitracing.com/defaul...7&autoview=sku

what ya think?

oh, and being as i have a 01 XLT with the coil springs, i figure theres no difference from a 98-00 and a 01-03, not sure whats different in the kits?

Input?

The kits arent different I don't believe. I would go with the Summit one and if there is any difference that you notice, well just box it up and send it back for the PA one. 30 bucks saved is 30 bucks earned!

If you do decide on the Summit kit Scott... make sure that they do have the bumper brackets for the kit. They made sure to put in there (most applications) so it might not be a bad idea to check and make sure before u order.

Those kits are identical to say the least. Both have reinforced nylon blocks rated at 50,000lbs, they both have CNC-splined steering extensions, bumper brackets, and zinc plated grade 5 hardware. Looks to me like your just paying more for the PA name. Go with the summit.

It was funny because the guy we had helping us sucked, and took forever to find stuff, so when he asked him about the body lift the guy said "eh let me look up the part number" and scotty said what it was, hell i forget, lets just say "G24HO35 " and the guy kept looking....and was like "yep your right" lol....Hopefully we will be putting it on asap, but were also hoping someone who knows what thier doing will come down to help!!!!! I have a garage and a air compressor, and alot of tools..
