low idle when slowing down to idle

Not all the time but sometimes when i stop or slowdown almost to a stop it will idle down to about 200-400rpms. So far ive cleaned the MAF, IAC, and throttle body. i bought a new IAC to see if it was bad but no change still does it. Also sometimes when im stopped at a redlight it feels like it bucks a little. and if i pull off the pcv how would i diagnose if its good or bad? what else should be checked for this idle problem? thanks for all help in advance

Try replacing the gas cap. I had the same problem with a Blazer and wasted a lot of money on unneeded new parts. After realizing my idle problem was more prevalent when the tank wasn't full I put a new cap on and it's been fine ever since.

Spray ether or starting fluid around it with the truck idling. If it idles up you've got a leak.
Don't be heavy handed with the spray. Too much can be a bad thing.

So just spray the starting fluid around the hoses and gasket? And I don't have a CEL so you can still have a leak with out a CEL?

You've got the idea.
If you find a leak this way I would check all of the nearby hoses real good before deciding it's a gasket.

a bad pcv would more likely cause a high idle not a low idle.
you could check it though if it rattles it's good.

before doing anything i would reset the computer and see if the problem goes away after the engine learns new fuel air trim.

what i do after a reset is let the engine idle turn on all accessories high beams fan etc, turn the wheel lock to lock a few times then shut all power stuff off and let it idle again for 5 minutes then drive.

I would try pulling off the vac. hose to the egr valve with it running and see if the idle smooths out. I am purchasing a pressure feedback sensor for my truck now.
