mine's 16 years old, and it's had issues...ie. today it randomly stalled at a stop sign, then cranked for 1-2 mins before starting...
My truck is pretty old (not to mention designed in the 80's), but what's wrong with this thread??
Do most ranger owners have problems with their trucks before 100k miles?!?!?

i used to live in a small town.... and for the two years i had my old truck i think i put <8k on it. not very much at all. when you live somewhere like i did then there is no way you can put 35k on it in one year...

just went over 118,000 and its running strong, except i got t boned by a big pool water truck at about 15mph.
nothing to my knowledge went wrong( i have only owned it since 103,000), except alternator at 111,000 and i just did spark plugs and wires, also fuel filter. i dont know if this is bad, but the 15k miles was put on between the times of august, and today.
