Hitches with a body lift.....
would this hitch work since my bumper is up 3" with the body lift.....it is for a Ranger with a roll pan, but a roll pan is in about the same location of my bumer now on a truck without a body lift.........i would prefer not to have to modify a hitch if i could....

Based off the design of my hitch, it looks like it will work great!
It is level with the frame-rails. So take a look at your truck's frame rails and see how they line up. It would suck if it didn't fit, but I personally WOULD take the chance.
I'm about to raise mine up by mounting it on the bottom of the top frame rail, it's something to think about...I have a draw-tite.

My thinking is this...
If it is made for a roll pan, it comes out the license plate on a non/bl truck. So if it is 3" lower than the license plate (center of the plate) then it should be perfectly under the bumper. Thats just my thinking.
You could also remove the back half of the tire carrier and mount a draw-tite or hidden hitch and mount it on the *bottom* of the top frame rail. It works perfectly that way too.

IMO this one looks the best. Just need to do a little custom mounting.
but this one does not look bad either

I have the draw-tite hitch
Mounted it on top of the framerails so it wouldn't hang down since I have a body lift.

How its mounted. Take note though, that I had to cut out the back of the spare tire holder and do some minor trimming to the frame to make it fit. Im happy with the result though.

I have the draw tite, as well as Kevoo. I love it, IMO perfect height for my truck. I can use a 6" drop hitch and be at a nice level for towing. I am going to raise mine up to the bottom of the top frame rail though.
Just a tip, w/ the hidden, your going to NEED to raise it to the bottom of the top frame rail or it will be hanging down all ugly. Trust me, I almost bought that one until I saw pics of it just on a NON bl truck..it hangs like a stock one on the non BL truck.
