What ratchet tool is needed for doors?

I need to remove my rear door openers because the rubber grommets at the end are wearing out and I have difficulty getting one of the back doors open. It's some kind of hex/allen wrench with a hole in the center.

If anyone has any tips, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Thanks,

Chance

Lowe's and autozone carry sets of them for 1/4" and 3/8" ratchets. Lowe's only carries Kobalt, about $28 a set. Autozone carries an off brand for about $10.
