Icon2 Underdog light tabs - ONT

Wondering if anyone has a set of underdog performance light tabs they would like to sell?
Preferably in Canada for ease of shipping but from the US is okay too. just name your price.

Please read the classified rules! You need to put your location in the thread title. I fixed it this time.

I have a set I do not need but shipping would probably be nuts. They have a little bit of rust but sprayed them black again a while ago. Do you have a postal code so we can see how much they would take you for?

shipping a small flat-rate box to canada is 12.95 so shipping isn't bad (if they fit in there)

Oddly enough I happen to have a few of these currently sitting behind me. I *think* the tabs are a little too wide but will have to check. If they fit, and weigh less than 4lbs (pretty sure they are) this looks like the way to go. Frosty, I'll try to get some pics for you tonight and let you know if they fit.

Since this would be international, would any customs forms need to be filled out since these are just 2 pieces of metal?

So close! If they were a 1/2" narrower they would fit perfectly. Back to the drawing board it seems. There has got to be another inexpensive way to get them there. The next flat rate box size up is like $33 USD.

I do however and pretty confident I can trim 1/4" off of each side with the bandsaw here at the house. Then I could file the sharp edges down and spray it with some black auto primer I have laying around, but I suspect you would need to hit them with some rustoleum when you get them. What are your thoughts Frosty?

EDIT: In a box I know they will fit in, UPS quoted about $21 USD, provided I got their "Customs Value" answered correctly.

Awesome thanks!
Could you check on pricing for USPS? I'd rather not use UPS they like to rape Canadians for bogus charges. Or if we go the UPS route then mark them as a gift so I don't have to pay customs nonsense. I'd rather not cut them unless absolutely necessary also.

What would you like for them?

Use a small bubble envelope. $5-10 bucks for them and shipping.
You also wouldn't need to cut anything as long as the height from edges to Apex is shorter then box. You don't have to lie them down flat. Tilt or tip them into the box.

I tried every configuration I could. The vertical portion in the pic is the same size as the width. They simply do not fit. I hadn't thought of an envelope though, that might work.

Frosty, I figure $10 USD more than the shipping cost if that works for you.

So according to USPS.com...

"Package contents must reasonably fit within the Flat Rate Box or envelope."

They do technically fit in the small flat rate box, but it bulges a little bit. Not sure if that would fly or not.

I am sure it would be fine and the price works for me.
People probably have tried to cram way more then two little light tabs into those boxes.

I've cut a hole in a flat rate box before to fit a fuse panel cover with the corner sticking out. Best thing to do is to pay for your label online then they can't do anything about it since you've already paid :)

put a good amount of tape on the box so it doesn't open up tho

IF IT FITS IT SHIPS haha
