Finally found Explorer Seats

I found a local New England JY that has a reasonable amount of Explorers and Rangers from the Clunker Refund.

Found a pair of Med/dk Gray Leather Seats, pwrd, manual back support, decent shape and only paid $100.00.

No tears or holes, driver’s side is a little more worn than the passenger side but appears to have all of the support in the leg area.

That gets me thinking about passenger side seats.

Now to go back and rummage around before I release the location.
There were no Lvl II Rangers, but a couple of the earlier 4x4 off road pkg, I do not think it is the HD pkg of the ’02 and up Rangers.
A lot of Bucket Seats and Full Length Consoles from Explorers but little in bucket Seats for Rangers except the 00 and earlier XLT Cloth Interiors.
Too many Tan Colored Interior, a few darker ones and One that had a really good passenger seat, i need to look at that again to see if it matches the drivers side; 55 mins each way, not too bad traveling time.

Nice find! I saw some really nice grey leather ones at a junkyard near me for $100 also.

I am going back today to look at a set of seats I found just before going out the door, they are darker and looked in better condition, maybe an 02 or 03 Ex in really nice condition, must be one of the "Clunkers for Cash" Vehicles.
If they are as good as I think I will get them and sell the first set.

I am going to take a few pictures of other parts that I think might be of value to the group; although the parts are in New England, the company might ship, I don’t know I will ask that too.

I will be leaving in approximately three hours, so post if there is something I can look for, I will not be removing anything but I can put you in touch with them.
Again there are no Lvl II parts at this time that I am willing to share, did I say that, what I meant was there are no Lvl II Parts at this JY.

ltr,
