spray on bed liner

I was going to pull the carpet out of my truck and get it sprayed with line-x spray on bedliner so if I get water inside i dont have to wory about rust or mold. Do you think I should do this?

you lose the sound dampening that comes with the carpet...so unless you plan on putting the carpet back i would suggest trying to get a hold of the EDGE/Sport floor which is rubber

Actually, even if you do put the rubebr flooring in.. spraying the inside with liner is a good thign to do, you'll never have to worry about moisture rusting it up from the top if it does get damp in there.

ALSO, the spray in bed liner almost provides as much sound dampening as the carpet and padding does, i know becuase i work at a shop that sprays it, AND i have had it in more then a half dozen of my personal vehicles
