I had a 1986 mercury cougar catch fire under the hood saved it with a 1L of Dr. pepper

It wasn't huge but took the whole dr. pepper to put it out.

where are you mounting it?

On the back wall you can use a small self taping screw

If you mount it on the floor on the transmission hump use a larger self taping screw
