i dont know how i am going to mount the flag yet have to do somthing i guess.

a hitch should be a dime a dozen at a junk yard.

 

Someone said they have these things that can mount on the tow hooks.

 

keep checking C/L and all those junk yards you have been to i bet there has to be a 1993+ ranger there with a hitch

 

ok a little update for me, i still plan on coming, i fixed my front driveshaft issue, but now im having trans problems. im hoping to fix it before the trip...i hope. if its not one thing, its another lol

 

i dont have front tow hooks yet dont know what to do. i dont really want to hack my valance.

Take off the front valance and just run bumper for the meet if you dont want to hack it.. good enough its an offroad meet not pretty show cars lol...

 

How well do non aggressive tires work out there?

 

All Terrian tires work really well in the sand. I ran the stock SRA's on my jeep last year and was able to go anywhere that I wanted.

yup that is what you want to say when you call and when you get there.

 

thats what i sail 2 and ya i got a body lift.

 

i made this bracket that bolted to the bottom of the tow hook holes, went under the valance and the flag mounted to it. I could make something similar from scrap laying around if you are interested. I may even have the one i used in hte past.

I need one measurement from you...

from those holes down to the bottom of the valance. seems like its around 6" but i cant rememeber.

 

i just went out its 5 1/2 to the bottom so 6 just to be safe

 

sounds good. remind me the weekend before incase i forget!
