I just might have to do this... 734km one way would be a decent road trip.

That's about the same distance that I travel from Vermont to get there.

What do you have to do to show your truck? Just show up?

I'd pre-register, but you can just show-up and register when you get there; it just takes longer and costs more.

In '09, it cost me $60+ to go for all three days including parking; by entering my truck in the show, it costs $40 for all three days, plus I have a "home base" inside the fairgrounds to go back to if I need something or just want to get out of the sun and chill (I bring my pop-up canopy).
So, it's all about economics! NOT!

not on here a whole bunch, but i can match your 734kms, and raise you another 2470kms! thats right, i drive 27 hours one way there. i will be with the explorer crew there, but i always walk over to the ranger crowd (my daily is a 07 level II with 33's and a 3 inch body lift). this is my third year going. if you spot this truck

that would be me

thanks guys, and yes, it is a long drive, but it is also a very nice drive if you can believe it.
check out the registry i made over here http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/...d.php?t=234672, then come check it out at the show. will be there friday, and saturday. also, to give some of you a little motivation, and those that know, sports didn't come with a 5L, but i have just finished swapping one in. and i know its the same deal as doing a ranger!
