When my son turned 16 we bought him an 88 ranger 4x4. It has a 3" body lift and either 4 or 6 inches of susp. lift. Its around 26 inches the center of the hub to the fender well. If anyone knows what stock is it would be helpful. Anyway, fast forward to now. We've decided to do some mods. We've been getting parts. We hav a 302, 77 f150 d44, an np435 tranny and an np 205 t case. We've gotten steering from ruff stuff. 1.5:x 2.25 dom with 7/8 heims. The truck already has a 9" rear. Planning on a 3 link front susp., if i can figure the calculator out. Also plan on raising it up 4 more inches when I build the lower shock mounts and putting longer blocks in the rear. Thoughts and ideas are appreciated. JTB
