Newb from CT.....

Hey folks. I'm new here. From Connecticut. In the Navy for the last 8 years (12 more to go!!)...member of multiple forums, so I know about noob questions, etc. The Ranger is actually not my truck, it's my father in laws (01 4.0 4x4 with 120K). I've researched our issue extensively, and am still trying to figure it out.

My truck is an 04 Trailblazer LT with tons of aftermarket goodies. I am the NE Chapter president on Trailvoy.com. Just joined in order to try to find some help with the issue on my Dads truck.

Symptoms: Rough idle, bucking, like misfire....initial CEL codes P0171 & 174 (lean both banks) and P0300 (Multiple misfires)....Changed both upstream O2 sensors, TPS, plugs and wires, connected new coil pack, and MAF.....still rough idle. Runs smooth as silk through the RPM band. Research is ongoing......

Newest is cam position sensor, which I am still trying to locate. Still searching the forums, but wanted to go ahead and post, so ya'll don't think I'm just a lurker....thanks!!

Thanks fellas....still researching. Trying not to post it in the technical issues area, so I don't look like a dumb noob! lol....we have a lot of guys that will flame you for not researching your question first. But I am out of ideas, and haven't found much help yet.
