Not technically a Ranger Owner :)
The story starts with a girl likes a boy :)
I drove one a little back in high school until I flipped it down a ravine, it was a short lived love. Now there is this guy and as a project we are starting together is budget lifting his 97 Ranger. I have plenty of expierence lifting wranglers and I've done a few leveling kits in full sized trucks. But this is a whole new ball game for me. I'm trying to sponge up all the info I can but I figured I'd stop in and say hi :)
I've found a few threads here and there and I've got plenty of junk yard time under my belt. So I'm thinking this will be a good time! Not to mention he's going to let me repaint it too, I've painted plenty of vehicles here and there, including three of my own. My wrangler is woodland camo right now and I'm doing a similar theme to his, yet different enough that its not matchy matchy.
I'm always looking for tips and pointers, anything I should watch for. Let me also point out I live in Central New York, salt city central UGH! They use molassas here to help the salt stick to cars better, yuck.
Ok I'm done rambling, going to go stalk through the forums to copy some builds. Thanks ahead of time for all the info!
