Which Garmin did you get? I sunk my eTrex so I'm stuck between a 60csx or one of the new Oregon 300s and I choose which one I want lol.

i got the etrex summit hc. its been an awsome unit so far, ive been using it all hunting season and i have done some geocaching with it as well and it has been great, very easy to use. i wanted the stand alone compass that this model has.

Yeah the compass was the reason I'm looking at the Oregon 300 over the 200. I think I might go with the Oregon just because of how nice it would be for geocaching which is what I'll mainly use it for. You can download the 2,000 nearest caches to you with descriptions, hints and find logs which is pretty awesome.

yeah that would be sweet. i didnt get into geocaching untill i got the new unit though. all i wanted was a color screen, decent built in memory, a stand alone compass and good reception. the summit does way more than ill ever need it to lol

Woot.com is one of my favorite websites...Ive gotten a bunch of stuff from them, A blender, upconverting DVD player a while ago, smack chops, mp3 players for my nieces, headphones, and a bunch of other random stuff.

I especially love shirt.woot.com They have a different t-shirt design everyday and they are $10 with no shipping...I have about 34 of those. I have only met a handful of other people that know about woot, cool to see it on here.
