Whether you think it's level right now or not, it ain't. Every Ranger I've seen sits lower in the front. But RedneckStone is right, get the flip kit and do it right, the monosprings suck. if you want to do it gradually, do what I'm doin and get the 2/3 drop, which is the flip kit and springs, then if you want the 4/5, you can add the control arms and just remove the shackles that you put on the flip kit with the 2/3, and you got a 4/5. But don't forget, with the 4/5 you need new shocks.

Well, since yours is a regular cab (which sits more level) I'd go 3/3. My Supercab '03 appeared to have a slightly lower stance towards the rear, so I did a 2" front (which turned into nearly a 3" after everything settled in) and a rear hanger flip which got me about 2 1/8" drop on the rear. I kind of like the way it worked out as I like a slight rake towards the front, but barely. Definately replace the shocks, especially if they are still stock units, with some good ones. I have Doestch Tech ones on my truck and they are definately firm. Seemed to improve the road feel and handling some but not for someone who likes a Lincoln, cushy ride, but I am happy with them.

you can get away with the belltech 3/3 kit, it comes with lowering leafs and 3inch drop coils
ive ran those rear leafs on my truck before, they arent horrible, but if you want to ever go lower you would have to go back to stock leafs and install a 5inch flipkit, so IMO if you plan to only do a 3/3 and never go lower, its ok to use them
you can also get the 3inch flipkit which is a normal 5inch flipkit and then a lifting shackle that all in total drops the truck 3inches, and then if you want to go lower, you can remove the lifting shackle and then you will have a total 5inch drop
also, if you buy the 3inch coils, you can then add the DJM upper and Lower control arms and have a total 5inch drop in the front
Personally, i wouldnt do just a 2/3 or 3/3, but go lower, but some people are happy with their small drops, and then just get a good balance of rims and tires on it

Buy the DJM 3/4 the 4 is more like 5 but it looks good..
if you want to go lower in the frotn add coils on the dropped beams for a 5 inch drop.

Yes their is isssues like I said you can get it close but not perfect it all depends on how lazy the alignment shop is. 3 inches is pushing it the stock upper control arms arent long enough to help correct it even with aftermarket eccentrics.
My question to you is did you drop a ranger with 3 inch coils and do you have to alignment sheet printout after it was done to prove it aligned to stock specs?

i think im still want to go with the belltech leafs they seem to make pretty good stuff and the truck doesnt exactly ride like a dream now anyway also i think im gonna stick with a 2" in the front because i measured my fender hieght and the back is about 1 inch higher so itl level it out pretty well but thanks for all the help
