D60 in the front and a 10 bolt? wtf get a 14 bolt. and they don't make 49" boggers. They only make 44" boggers. For 47-49" you have to get IROK's. 22" of lift and spring under? lol. for 49's and a trail rig you want minimal lift with maximum droop or downtravel and articulation. bigger is not always better.

imo, 22 inches of lift, absolutely rediculous and not trailable at all, nice for a trailer queen, or a strictly lake mud bogger. 6-12 inches of suspension lift (not blocks) is more than sufficient and will help to keep you from rolling onto your side whenever you get a little tilted. 49s are unneccisary offroad, 38s will get you pretty much anywhere you wanna go without the extremely high risk of tipping. if you want it to really work right, use sas with a front and rear 4 link. as for your motor the 460 is much to heavy and unless you plan to balance that by a few fuel cells and spare tires in the rear, use a small block motor. you can pull all the power you will ever need out of one so it shouldnt be an issue. now with your super low transfer gear and that torquey and powerfull v8 if you end up getting on it, you may risk screwing up your frame, so now add a 16 point cage to harness all that power... as to not twist your frame. and besides its an excelent idea to cage whatever you plan on seriously wheeling with anyways. take to mind this is all in my opinion, do what you wish and have fun with whatever you put together.

k heres all i know cause i want this thread to die lol.....but i'v got a k5 blazer 7 1/2 inch's of lift mostly used in mud runing 36 1/2" SS TSL/SX's i'v had it layed on it's side climbing over stuff u couldn't even imagin really shocked me i thought i wanted to go bigger to but the truth of the matter is
This is in math terms....sawzaw + fenders - fenders = Lots of room for big meats = high approach angle = low center of gravity = keeping it on 4 wheels = Not to much breakege - headacke=Fun
To sum it all up take an old 4x4 ranger cut the **** outta the fenders put some 35's and about 4 inch's of lift call it quits buy a locker and go wheelin

10 bolts suck. Pony up and get front and rear 60's. If it has IFS, cut it the **** off, like i'm doing! yes you can put a 460 in a ranger, one of the guys who entered TTC this year has a ranger with a 460, the headers are on the outside of the framerail.
I'm putting 39's on my peice, and they still won't be big enough for some trails at tellico.
