When I bought the truck, it was completely stock. 1994 Ranger XLT. 4.0, 4x4, 5spd. Power windows, door locks, mirrors, seats, cruise, and electronic trans case.







First was a new head unit and blacking out the trim



Next was exhaust. I went with a Flowmaster with dual pipes out the back











And then trouble hit. On my home from work one morning, my transmission gave out due to lack of fluid...I ended up shearing off the input shaft. Never seen it happen in a Ranger 5 speed





Put the truck on a lift and replaced the transmission, also put in a new clutch kit, slave cylinder, and rear main seal. Figured it was better to go ahead and do it all at the same time. While I was at it, I went ahead and installed my high lift jack



This is how the truck was sitting as of May 2012





Got some camo seat covers and got them in





Finally got some mud on it



Wen to Home Depot and bought MDF. Decided to make a custom sub enclosure





I made it fit 2 12's, but it took up the whole back seat





I decided to cut it down for just 1 12" that way I could still use some of my backseat.







Finally wrapped it and mounted the amp





Finally in the truck and hooked up



Took out my spare tire carrier and painted my rear diff cover. Not exactly what I was going for because I didnt take the cover off, but it would work for the time being



Things were good with the truck, then trouble with the transmission hit again. The clutch master cylinder went bad, leaking air into the lines and causing my slave cylinder to stick. So it was back up on the lift





Finally got the truck back on the road and got my bodylift on. Was saving for tires and wheels when I found a great deal on Craigslist. Picked up a set of ProComp 152 Simulocks and new 33" Toyo Open Country A/Ts for a total of $700





Also picked up a set of 2000 tail lights





Got a wild hair and took the truck through some more mud



Found a hitch for a few bucks so I picked it up and got it mounted. Then did a little flexing









Got a buddy that works for a printing shop, so I had him custom make me a windshield decal



Then I checked off another project. I bedlined my bumpers and valance













Next was blacking out my tails and corners, repainting my diff cover while changing the fluid, and taking off my front sway bar























Found a brand new set of Mile Marker lockout hubs for sale for $80









Next was tackling my custom front receiver hitch

Then tragedy struck again. My truck rolled backwards down my driveway and over a bank











Met up with a fellow Ranger owner and hit the trails











Then I found a new bumper to replace the smashed one from the truck rolling out of the driveway



Then in preparation for our Uwharrie trip, I remounted my cb, installed a new antenna with a mount a fabbed up, and built a jerry can tray for the bed























Got the tray painted up and mounted







Then it was off to Uwharrie National Forest for a day of wheeling with a group of guys













Picked up a Mustang dome for a few bucks





Then I had a custom rear diff cover made and bedlined my rocker panels







Also picked up a new set of wheels and fixed a leaky filler neck











Thats about it for now. Being a full time student kinda limits the amount of stuff I can do to my truck, but there are always wheels turning in my head for new mods to do to it
