Very nice work! Can't wait to see if fully lifted.

Funny how when you start these things and you have 3 full months to get it done it seems like no trouble at all. Suddenly 4 months later you are still only 10% done.

Story of my life. I don't think I am going to get it geared by next weekend. I did however find some 33's I'm going to get. Still have a ton of work to do... lol I'll keep posting as I make more progress.

Got the rear lifted!

THIS THING IS HUGE! I'm 6'1 and the roof is probably 2 inches taller. My girlfriend who is 5'4 can barley get in the thing.

Got some (well) used 33inch BFG M/T's on American Racing Outlaw 2 Wheels. I get about 10-12mpg(stock 3:73's still) and it is ungodly slow on the highway. 3 days in to driving on them I blew out my left hub today. It does AWESOME offroad tho.

I have 2 Timken hubs on the way, and picked up 2 balljoint. Getting it aligned on Wednesday. Ordered limiting straps and everything that I need to weld them on. Got them from ORW. Talked to a guy named John, who even sent me pictures on where to mount them. Great guy.

Ok, on to the pictures.

Tire comparison.

33's on the truck!

Painted the bottom of the doors and rockers with plasti dip.

Also picked up some daylighters! Still not sure where to mount them. And a tow strap.

Also had to re-wire my efan. Here is the diagram. (Don't laugh. I did this at the car wash at 12am..) I didn't want it to go on automatically. I wanted a switch in cab. When I wired it directly to the switch, the 30amp switch melted....

More updates soon!

Yeah hopefully within the next 2 weeks. I just have way to much to do before my trip on Thursday. Not enough hours in the day to get it done lol.

So I went up to Trevorton to this weekend! Truck did great...up until I got a little over zealous and thought I had a pre-runner. Hit some whoops @60mph, and BAM. Blew apart the front suspension. Litterally. Truck needs new coilovers, upper and lower controlarms, balljoints, inner and outer tie-rods, PS Rack, hubs, swaybar links, CV's. The works...

Also my truck had NO front flex. Any idea's? The coils were as loose as possible.

PICTURES!!!

Worst part, the limiting straps were on the passenger floor. Just didn't have time to install them. So I learned an expensive lesson.

Does anyone know what kind of coilovers are used for the RCD lift? 10inch travel?
