Haha it's fine man. It was pretty easy, just took the seats out and sawed the middle part off after I removed the fabric.

Last night I met up with a guy and bought a camper shell! 150 bucks, not bad! Thinking of bedlining it in the future

I kind of feel like the shell off-sets the long wheelbase a little.

I almost always like caps on other trucks, but I think I'd hate it on my own truck.

Nothing new has happened. I'm probably going to bedline the shell this week. What do you guys recommend? I'm going to use spray on, thinking rustoleum. Got a photoshop done to see what it would look like (with a lift).

It would be better than the white, but not as good as color matched.

And in a few hours I'm going to be picking up some new (to me) rims! Now that I can retire the 14s I'm gonna throw some bigger tires on the truck. Sucks because my current tires are only ~8,000 miles old. I dont know why I bought them so small but I guess you live and learn. I'll probably keep them for a backup or something.

This isnt a photo of the rims but its the same type-

Much better than black. Dont forget that if you go too big with tires, you'll have to regear.

What would you suggest as the biggest tire on a 1994 2wd same as yours just different colors? How good do the explorer seats fit? I'm thinking about doing it to mine. Did you get the explorer center console in? Sorry for asking so many questions I'm 16 mine just blew a head gasket last week and I was supposed to start driving it the next day lol

haha its fine man, 'm only 17 myself.
I think my new tires are 29s, personally I wouldnt go any larger in the front without a leveling kit. I think the rear could handle 31s if I wanted to though.

The explorer seats fit right in. Mine were power so I swapped the tracts. I believe the female part of the explorer seat belts wont work with the buckles from a ranger so you'll have to swap those (but that comes with the tract swap). They fit in the cab great, I'm 5'10 and keep my seat as far up as I can and it's fine. I rub it a little rolling the windows down but that's it.

I sadly havent gotten the console yet. Planning on buying one before too long though.

The reason to swap the new buckles is to keep your airbags functioning properly. You have to keep the pretensioner. I just did mine yesterday and really like them. I used Mountaineer seats, but same diff. Look good in my 05

Am I the only one that noticed the hello kitty sticker that was added to your photoshopped picture? Lol.

The new rims/tires look pretty good. Like that bedlined cap also. I've always thought about getting one, but coming across a stepside cap isn't always easy, and they always want way too much. Coming along nicely.

I'm 6'1" I fit in it great the way it is my dad left his explorer to his ex wife or I'd try and get him to part it out so I could take the front seats console and I'd be happy lol
