how do you change the caption thats under your name that is beside your avatar? i been trying to figure it out but i cant.

 

You have to be a contributor to do so. If you ask nicely one of the Admins or Mods may be able to to it for ya.

 

and how do i become one of those?

 

If you are speaking of contributor it is $10.00 which includes a larger Avatar, allows you to attach images to posts from your computer without hosting them elsewhere, two R-F stickers if I am not mistaken and also you get a larger PM box.
