interesting theory...
before i came a mod i didnt know or talk to fireranger, redranger4.0, christian, or scott. Maybe PM'd Jason about truck stuff but other than that I rarely communicated with those guys.
ScottG I had met several times but I am sure that was not a factor.
Also same with these guys, I choose users that show themselves well online and seem to be responsible.

Ha, I meet Zach many times, but I had nothing to do with him becoming an admin
I started day one as a mod when the site started, and moved up
congrats guys on the mod positions, do us proud!

I even have mod experience on other sites and no one invited me to the "test"
After seeing half the crap they do on here I would not even want to be one. I don't know how many hours zach and the others put into this site, but I think I would go insane.
