ebay problem
Hey guys i ordered the set of power window conversion kit from audioadaptors on ebay. paid for it on june 28th, have yet to receive it yet. they say they will ship it in 1-2 business days. HAH! well at first i thought it was the holiday (4th of july) but its been a couple business days past then and i have STILL not received any word from the company other than, "we got your payment" on the 28th.
so... how long do you guys think i should wait/send e-mails before i tell paypal to gimme my money back?

yeah i just sent the company a 2nd e-mail and once the 10 day period comes along i'm going to file a "item did not show up" thing through e-bay and notify paypal. that 10 day period is on the 8th. i was scared of this, but the reviews were like 97% positive.
anything else you guys can think of?

Yea, I was just gonna say...you can fill out a reqest info form and get their phone number. I did that for my blue fire extinguisher that took over a month to get shipped. As soon as I called, the guy got all aplogetic and shipped it the next day.
A lot of these guys feel safe behind the computer and not having to deal with customers other than emails, but once you get their phone number and speak to someone, they listen up.
Course that doesn't explain the high feedback rating they have...maybe just an oversight. Still call em.

I really hate how long it takes for people to ship stuff sometimes...I've sold about 30 items and I ALWAYS ship it within two days of getting the payment. They never have to wait more than a week from when they pay to the time it arrives. I absolutely hate it when I buy something though and then they say please allow 7-10 days for it to be shipped. Feedback is overrated anyways, people don't use it like they should. Most people just leave a generic positive feedback, or like the people I deal with don't leave me feedback until I pester them with 10 emails. You'd think people would be happy to get the product 3 days after they bought it, but I digress.

1.) no, but after i got back on the phone one last time and raised some hell they refunded my money and said "we'll let you know when we get the kit via e-mail" i still have NOT gotten an e-mail. but i did get my money =)
2.) I HAVE NO IDEA!!!! ****IN' *****ES!
