For all of you who hated on my Nightshaded Corners.

I hated the look of the amber corners so I nightshaded them to make them look black instead, it was my first nightshade attempt and admittedly didn't turn out very well, too dark and splotchy because it ran and I tried to fix it rather than sanding it all off and starting from scratch. Every time I threw up a few pictures half the replies were telling me to ditch them for some clear or 06+ corners, I agreed but just now got around to it so here u go!

I am thinking about doing the black headlamp/corner mod.. what do you think, leave it like it is or go black?

I say black them out. You have your rears niteshaded, right? Gotta keep up a consistent theme. Can't have clear fronts and blacked out backs.

Very True!! haha

Thanks for the compliments guys, the truck is slowly coming along. I need some wheel spacers and tint, they are next on my list. I have some 2" spacers for the back, going to get some 1.5"s for the front. I want to get a superlift and 33's next year but am also planning on buying a house so that may or may not happen.

Thanks, I am going to, it will make the gap difference of the hl's and corners from the fender less noticeable. I didnt realize how bad it was until i put them on.

Not a fan of how they look at night, amber bulbs in the clear lens = allot of amber light glowing from the front of the truck, gonna have to do something about that.

Now the clears look MUCH better!! LOL

As for the amber light problem, just pick up some chrome coated bulbs off eBay. I got those in my corners and in the signal harness. They look chrome (so you don't see them) but burn amber. I find the ones in my corners aren't as bright as the stockers, so I don't have that problem.

**BTW, just though I'd add on the Good Year Territories.........I've had mine for 3 weeks now and I love them. I've been through a few muddy places that I probably shouldn't have being just a 2wd, and those meaty bastards just pulled me through....or I should say "pushed" me through. They are great in heavy rain and flooded roads.

I have some chrome ones on the way, I could not find any around the city so I ordered a set on ebay. But I am thinking about trying to find some led replacements with only a few bulbs to go in instead, I like the look of LED light better but don't want the brightness of the ones i have from superbright led's in my tails glowing from the front of the truck.
Glad to see you are happy with your territories! I am really impressed with mine, took my first highway trip with them the weekend and was super impressed with how well they handled at speed. The highway between here and Calgary is super flat and straight, I was doing 150-160 and could take my hands off the wheel and would keep dead straight, plus weren't even that loud at high speed, they are louder from 60-100 kph. For a tire with such an agressive tread i am really happy with how good of an all around tire they are!

I dont really want to get rid of my tails, I like them more than the new ones, they look too simple. Plus I am going with the black trim theme I am going to eventually start getting rid of all the shiny stuff and paint it or replace it with black stuff, such as rims, grille, bumpers, The only thing I want to be chrome is my exhaust tips!

Wow!!! Very nice!!! Love the alcoas on there! Just buy the black headlights on eBay. $100 then sell your stockers. Way easier!

^^ Thanks Ben, I was excited when I saw you bought a torredor fx4, i loved your old truck and couldn't wait to see what you did with the new one! Looks great so far! It makes me want to go bigger, i think a superlift and 33's are getting bumped up on the to-do list!

It really cleans up the front end of your truck (and I love the look of the tires!). I'll be watching your truck to see which way you go...

I have some chrome ones ordered but I think i may be taking the LED route instead! LED amber is a much nicer color as well.
I am going out now to scout a spot for the photo contest so I will get some good pics and throw them up when i get back. I have a cough and my boss told me to stay home because everybody is terrified of the swine flu! haha so i gotta do something to feel half productive today!
