My First Pics Posted

I've had this 2003 Ranger EDGE since June 2015 and these are the first pics I have taken of it. Was a beautiful day today (02/22/16), so I washed it and decided to take some long overdue photos.

Well, doesn't that look familiar? Shiny, shiny.

It still blows my mind how much of a difference a set of wheels can make. Good move ditching the factory painted steel wheels and going with the ones you have now.

Now if only we could ditch our 3.slows and upgrade to a 4.0 sohc. 5.0 would be better yet to drive those 3.73s (or 4.10s in my case). Reliable engine but wow it is a gutless wonder.

Yes, the right wheels makes a world of difference. +1 on the engine swap... I really wish mine was 4.0L like my '01 was. Oh well, it's not like I belong to a street racing club *LOL*

Yeah, but it would be nice to not have to floor it to get up to highway speeds. Good thing we aren't in back to the future, we'd never hit 88 miles per hour!

*LOL* Yeah, I suppose things *could* be worse! Although, I have owned some 4 cylinder vehicles and they aren't too bad... a 1993 Pontiac Grand AM comes to mind. 2.3L 4 cylinder @155hp with a 5-speed manual. That baby would romp!

I have a 4 cylinder but atleast it's a manual. Hopefully someday it'll have a 5.0 swap or a 4BT swap

A 4 cylinder Diesel engine. I believe a stock one makes like 105 hp but I was reading online that people can crank out like 200-300 hp with some work

Sounds like fun, for sure. Torque down the injector pump screw and blow some big-boy smoke! *LOL*

Roll some coal, then roll it to the gas station when you blow the entire tank out the tail pipe

Not gonna lie, it would be fun to engulf a Prius in a cloud of black smoke. Dat rage, doe.
