Yeah when you add all the goodies it is insane, I didn't need all that much, just the basics power windows, door locks, remote start, 4X4. The 2009 does come with alot a standard features, Im happy with my truck. I didnt need all the bells and wistles like power fold mirrors, sync, rear camera, man step.

Nice truck!
WTF is wrong with it being a 4.6L?
I drove across 2 provinces towing a 70 trans am on a 2000lb trailer the whole time thinking my buddies 05 F150 had the 5.4L. It wasnt until i said to him "that 5.4 is a hell of an engine, that thing didnt even slow down on the biggest hills... i forgot i was even towing anything at times...."
Then he told me it was the 4.6L

Depends on which 4.6. If its the 3v it has close to the same power/tq of the 5.4.
Nice truck man
They offered two versions of the 4.6 in the f150. The 2v which has around 250hp and the 3v that s its around 290. Also the stats on the 97+ 4.6 are not completely true. Up untill I think it was 06 the 2v only had 230hp.

Ah thought you were talking the 6' bed not the 8'. I wouldn't want the 8' on a reg cab. Looks funky if you ask me lol.

Nice looking truck you got there. This is the first newer F-150 I've seen that has a manual transfer case. It seems like all the dealers who order these truck are eager to load them out full of options.
Rant ON:
Every Super Duty I could find sitting on a lot had the ESOF transfer case ($185 option). I even rationalized to myself that if I could find a truck with a MSOS manual transfer case, even if it was an automatic transmission, I'd buy it. Luckily we didn't find anything like that so we ordered.
Rant OFF
I really like your F-150. It's a good truck that doesn't have to be loaded with $6000 worth of options to be "nice." I'm curious what a truck like that weighs. These new trucks are heavier than most people realize.

thats why theyre "Built Ford Tough". lol. ppl around here always complained about the f150s gettin worse milage than the GMs. DUH! theyre heaver, therefore they get a tad worse milage but for the small sacrafice they are alot tougher than the other trucks out there... when i see a GM truck wrecked they are totally ****ed, but when i see a ford its not near as bad. that should tell you something right there
