i 3was looking at getting one, and jcwhitney has 2 different models and i few different hights? they have the original then the xtreme.. which one should i get and what hight?

i have the red one which is cast steel the black one is stamped steel and the extreme is just kick *** but more expensive... mine is the 48" jack
