My trip to the junkyard

*Installation pics added*

Went to price's auto salvage in knightdale and they had alot of good stuff...you just had to search since all the good stuff had been picked through already.

I managed to get this however.

Seats out of a wrecked 05 ranger.

MAF sensor since my mpg's are in the toilet.

and a shop vac from this palce for 20 bucks

Got this all for 175...yay me!

Hopefully i can get all this stuff in this weekend, if not next weekend. Most of the stains on this seat is dirt, the shop vac should do the trick correct?

I mainly got new seats since my friend so generously decided to have a nose bleed all over my seats now haha. good reason to get new seats!!!!

Trent they have expo seats out the ***....and a lot of em too so more than likely theyll have something you might like, and Ryan, they had one explorer...98 i believe...with a nice center console still intact but if you want it you should hurry since most others have already been picked through and destroyed. I managed to spend too much money otherwise i woulda pick the center console up for ya.

Just making sure, but this should be a straight bolt in to my reg. cab ranger correct? It was out of a reg cab 05 xlt ranger i believe...cant remember, i was too excited to look when i found these seats with little tears.

I love those seats. By far my favorite out of any that have ever come in a ranger.

Your interior looks like mine now! Did they have any Rangers with the front ends intact? Was that 05 4wd or a edge? Also did the Expo seats were they gray?

they had a couple grey ones...dont remember the condition cause there was a lot of exploders but the rangers were all front end collisions. The 05 was 2wd xlt from what i remember.

I just took a test drive and these seats are comfy!

Awesome find. The seats look really good too, go well with that interior. I'm surprised you could find junkyard seats in that good of condition.

So those 05 seats were a direct fit in your 01? Just curious as I have an 01 also and would kill for that style of 60/40 swap.
